Since already 3 weeks 12 participants from Pakistan get further educated at the Kreishandwerkerschaft in Beckum. Three days a week they get knowledge about technical parts in the workshop and on two days they learn more about how the dual education system in Germany works.
The main objectives of the training programme are:
- Participants enhance their sector-specific theoretical, practical and methodical competences
- Participants are qualified to train teachers and instructors and coach theoretical and practical training activities
- Participants establish a master trainer network to ensure a systematic further training of teachers and instructors
The group already visited the "VW Autostadt" in Wolfsburg where they took part in an adventure tour and they will visit the production side of Mercedes in Bremen.
