Train-the-Trainer: South African Lecturers in Germany

In March 2017, 8 trainers from the uMfolozi College in Richards Bay came for a train the trainer programme to Germany. The purpose of the visit was to train the artisan related training officers and lecturers from uMfolozi College within the civil trades technical, pedagogical and didactical skills that introduce dual vocational training principals. The focus of the week was on the improvement of civil related artisan training with the aim to enhance the college ability to offer quality training for artisans within bricklayer and plasterer, plumber and carpenter trades.
